Just talked w/OLDE and they tell me that rumors were going around that indicated C-Cube would be coming out w/a negative statement last nite after WS Closing Well nothing came out!! So who started the rumor?Hans? ROCKER? hg? I'll bet you that the SEC is monitoring these events as they unfold!We longs are being burned for a very long time. What is our response ? Mass telephone calls to the SEC.The # is:1 202 942 8088 and the Fax # is:1 202 942 9634.When I called I spoke to the Branch Cheif of Investor Assistance Al Lapins!!!If they don't do anything in a timely fashion then I'll post the tele.# and name of the contact in the NASDAQ's Short Interest Branch located in Gaithersburg Md.BTW both of these groups are very agressive if a story has any substance in it!
