That was my assumption from reading the news release. If I'm wrong about that, I apologize....I would like to find out for sure though.

But at any rate, regardless whether my registration interpretation is correct or not....it still means that NPEC ends up with a huge slice of Medinah Gold due to it's preferred shares in Medinah Energy.
