Can I say that to go cash was few weeks ago during strong buying. To go cash right now ( summer doldrum ) is just comic ( selling at low ). I would say it's time to add good stocks , if you still believe in the markets <G>

It's all about cycles.

I notice that BCM insiders add to their holding.
