Hey, got a question for those what watch level 2 with the penny stocks.
When the size of the bid and ask moves up from 850/850 to 1000/1000(or some other move similiar), and the price stays about the same and over a period of days.
And when it does the opposite , what it may mean?? And is it favoring a certain direction it may be going????

examples that I found are ARET .043 1000/1000 at now was 850/850 ,and HOPR .013 was about 1000/1000 now 700/700.

in ARET right now, and still learning L2
