is exactly how I see Marshal Reynolds' goal for ESA ie <the process of bringing energy ... from production to final consumption> except that Marshall Reynolds will probably restrict himself for now to the Middle Atlantic region and perhaps will focus more on public utilities as the final end user.

Of course, all SPAC comments are pure speculation until the deal is actually announced.
