Yes it's not true across the board but as a general rule it is. I have a 3 year old Corvette with 8000 miles I'm the only one that has one. New Corvette can be bought from any dealer and they all pay the same price. GM has made hay the last decade or so with pickups and SUV's. That has come to an end which is why your seeing the huge discounts. GM's earnings will continue to tank because of that IMO.
