Feeding grain to cattle adds fat, just like it does with humans. That is how you get more "marbeling" in the meat. Corn is especially effective. Obese humans most likely have diets that are overly weighted towards grains, corn syrup sweeteners & veggie oils. Eating beef was never a problem. That is all just a another batch of BS.
