Right, I was referring to cattle that are fed nothing but corn and grains, no grass at all... they get fed up to market weight by being force fed those additional carbs, the effect is not choice type marbling but wide ribbons of fat, at least this was explained to me by a cattle guy, I presumed he was knowledgeable... I only know what I was told, cattle isn't my business... GZ
