I cannot comment on that because I havent talked with Dave Dirrico in over 2 years, but answering your question do you REALLY think he would say something negative about MDIN openly over the telephone? And say it to someone (like yourself) he probably doesnt know or know well? He might just be in a precarious position..... Regarding enhancing NPEC's value. I believe it has been pointed out quite sufficiently that it is MDIN's value that will be REALLY enhanced. NPEC will not share the same levels of enhancement in my general opinion. Jane
