The CNN fear/greed index is at 27. That is exactly what I calculated as the bottom for this index and thus for the market. A 61.8% fibo correction. 2->76->27. First time I have even tried to use Fibo stuff. Of course the CNN fear/greed index will probably go a bit lower. But anyway, no doubt time to be long or longer. I prefer IWM/Russell2000 but am not sure it will outperform, but I think it will and that is what I am mostly long.
