CJ: TIR will hit and surpass it's high in the near future. At the moment there is alot of rallying over in China. If China latches a bull like the American Exchanges, it could be the Run of Century taking us full speed ahead into the 21st Century. That is one of the many KEY reasons why investors should look towards China. The reason for CHRB's decrease.....financial unstability. They are working on the problem but don't know when this will all be at an end. Stay Tuned. Good Day Shannon
