To all: Well, we're caught in a downdraft here, caused by low oil prices, the Asian Contagion, Iraq allowed to pump, etc. And valuation-wise, I don't know how recent acquisitions will affect EPS, but the 1998 forward PE is way too high still. The Rainwater mystique may add a little premium to the PE, but IMO it can't be worth THAT much.
