I think SEAC leaked this CCUR hospital sale during their CC . They mentioned during their explanation for splitting out future earnings reports for VOD and AD(other) that they would include hotel in VOD because "other's" are including hospital vod sales in theirs. Maybe CCUR just sent SEAC's hospital vod salesman back home to mama !!
