Leigh,

I have owned WRN for two yrs now and it really is a turnaround situation. Their time has finally come, based on many strategic decisions by Mark Roberts, but the most remarkable one was to switch entirely into the oil & gas service sector and going into the rig division heavily focused. Also, the horizontal drilling equipment is now turning to be an awesome judgement by Mr. Roberts.

I saw the former great U.S. defense secretary, Dick Cheney, interviewed on Larry King. Mr. Cheney is now C.E.O. of Haliburton, who successfully just executed a merger/acquisition of Dresser Ind. for over $7 billion! He said that the energy sector generates 50% of all dollars spent every day, and that the most dynamic part of that industry now is the services catering to the oil & gas sector. Further, he noted that due to the premium of the U.S. dollar, many good & developing Canadian companies would now become takeover targets as they represent the most efficient en masse of these types of companies.

Everything seems to be just perfect for WRN's growth plans. As soon as the sales of recent reflect the explosive earnings growth of WRN. the company will attract a lot of attention. Watch in next few weeks for some possible NR.
