Presidential Twit is daily undermining the future arguments of his lawyers: In an attempt to avoid answering questions, the President's lawyers will assert 1) executive privilege and 2) claim the Presidency is such a time burden he doesn't have time to respond to investigator's requests. But tweeting multiple times a day on the subjects under investigation, calling into Fox News shows, obsession with Fox News and other media coverage, and every weekend trips to a resort, all undercut those arguments that have yet to be formally made.
