International Management or True for Everybody <The reason we see hypocrisy and fraud and unreality in others is because they are all in our own hearts.> One of the first things that international managers have to come to grips with is the fact that this is true for every individual, corporation, culture and person everywhere in the world. Our own systems are always preferable from a comfort viewpoint but not always possible. Would you drink while on assignment in a Fundamentalist Islamic country ? I do not mean to question your beliefs or even wether or not it is right, just want to reinforce the truth of what you say. All measurements are relative. Do we pay in beads or gold ?
