Ken - you'll need to get the court file from the Court Registry directly. It's dated 1991 - the fontispiece addendum is dated April 20, 1993. However the online database only goes back to 1996 for the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Yes - I've turned off my PM option as I'll be away for over a week. Far too tempting for "Mike Gold" and his promo flunkies to flame me with their ridiculous PM's - already started. While I'm here ask "Mike Gold" about the "Cumo affair" - that's Cumo Resources Ltd. When you get your copy of the court file - phone the Court Registry tomorrow - I gave the web site in a post here this afternoon with contact information - go to Section 39.3 (pages 10,11) of the document and see what the judge had to say. "...blah blah blah. The interest of such investors in getting out at the high point in the anticipated rise in the market value of a speculative stock such as Cumo plainly conflicts with that of the professional people handling their affairs whose personal interest lies in reaping the benefits available to the knowledgeable few at the top of the climb, while the rest are left aboard for what may be - as with Cumo the - the inevitable plunge to oblivion."
