I don't see the share dilution being a problem. Growth companies need money, and bonds or equity sales are a much better way to raise cash than bank loans.

Bankers cut off your credit the moment any bad news shows up. This can KILL a company. The first thing I look for in a small company is no debt. The bonds can't be called in by the creditors (me). Iomega just has to keep paying interest. If converted to equity, even better for Iomega -- no more interest expense.
