Rene Valasquez, as you know, is the President of the Bolivia corp of GE. Rene is the nicest man you will ever meet, and a very well respected man throughout the country, but especially the region GE is involved with.
I believe if I remember correctly, his position in the government has been as head of the department of transportation. He is attempting to get the road that eventually leads to Tipuani paved and widened. God knows GE would like that.
Have you ever driven within 6 inched of the side of the Andes Mtns., on a one lane dirt road, looking straight down about 5 thousand feet, and have a big fruit truck coming straight at you. Eric would love it.
Combine Rene with Terry Turner, who is dually respected, and you have quite a pair. By the way, Terry was asked by the new Bolivian government, to put together a team of experts to review Bolivia's current policy on foreign companies seeking to do mining in Bolivia. Hence, the experts who now sit on GE's board.
God is smiling on GE. Soon, God will smile on GE shareholders.
When the share price does go up, lets all get together and take a trip to Bolivia. What do you say? |
