According to Williams, Roberts is really just a corporate, big business lawyer and Bush's choice of Roberts is in line with this entire administration's pattern of coddling big business Yeah, I about puked on Williams this morning. I think Bill Kristol could barely conceal a chuckle at him. Williams idea of a good pick was someone who had overcome adversity, and is by the way a woman or Latino. He asked twice why we need another Ivy League, scholarly, best-firm-in-DC, successful lawyer on the Supreme Court. I about laughed myself off the couch. Kristol got a zinger when he commented in reply that overcoming hurdles is why liberals love Justice Thomas. :) Derek
