WOW!!, what an instant reaction to my mistake (Thanks!)

Sorry, I should have thought about the time difference across the US. That all makes a bit more sense.

(There's a lot of us sticking close to our VDUs I see !!!)

Now, as to why they would hold the meeting AFTER the markets close - my take on that is, "Why not??"

IPM knows what they've got and believe in what they're doing - why not hold the AGM on a Saturday for that matter?
