Hi, guys:

I don't want to rain on your parade (I don't have any position in ORCL). But the following is very interesting number I found in ORCL balance sheet:

Nov 1999 May 1999 (in thousands)
total shares 1,503,150 1,482,809
shareholder' equities 3,400,556 3,695,267

The shareholder' equities went down by $300 in the last 6 month, while total shares increased by 20 million. So all the profits in the last 6 month went into management' stock option plan.
