Intel's 0.13 micron Process Ramp Interesting... so the F20 facility is already ramping 0.13 micron. F22 is a new fab... D2 I believe is the fab in santa clara... I've never heard of F24... Is F17 the old DEC facility? D1C must be the 300mm development fab, and F11 and 12 are older fabs in NM and Arizona if memory serves. Any word as to what WSW levels are being supported at the fabs???
