I agree that timing of cash flows may impact how the street views QCOM. Company will remain profitable, but delays in EV-DV revenue stream may not only potentially impact the equity value, but strategic risk as well (as it could be a window of opportunity for other technologies/competitors to establish a foothold in what otherwise appeared as a virtual monopoly). Probably why some industry players have been dragging their feet, unfortunately.
