GLCP ... Here is an e-mail I received from a researcher ... Good find boob- Link to City of Richmond, CA where initial test will be done. Greenland 4/7 press release biz.yahoo.com This link will provide phone #s of public works, etc. for contact re use of GCLP program. ci.richmond.ca.us Since I am located near there and deal with these type agencies I will contact on Monday for further info. Also have contacted a utility design company regarding this for further input. Company designs utility plans for new home subdivisions so has contact w/utility companies as well as city/county agencies. San Diego County is/has been expieriencing a rapid growth in new home starts. Greenland based out of San Diego. Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernadino County and other surrounding areas included. Sacramento County Public Works has changed the type of water meter to be installed. Another high growth area. Typical cost to developer including installation is $200-250 Looking to link up w/you all soon. Thanks again for helping with the learning curve. GB
