PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 18, 1999--Access Power Inc. (OTC BB:ACCR) Tuesday announced an agreement with InfoMedia Inc. to market its Net.Caller(tm) Internet telephony software and service via Access Power's affiliate marketing program.

InfoMedia is a leading provider of family-friendly Internet content, hosting popular web sites that have attracted over 10,000,000 visits. InfoMedia began marketing Net.Caller by promoting the service via the company's e-mail newsletter "Family First." Over 44,000 subscribers received this promotion yesterday in their e-mailbox.
