my conjecture on how trump may make money dealing with the chinese. he and/or someone finds some property in an area they think they can market a super luxury building. (it could be in new rochelle or white plains - north of the bronx. it could be in florida - passed over beach areas which had former history. trump sells - licenses use of name trump. they make deals with zoning. they build a huge luxury mega high rise. they use cheap chinese materials.they make deals with unions. they market. in a bull real estate market they sell the units.
