Hi Winer,

I wasn't questioning whether the acquisations were true or not.
I was questioning Goldman's lack of concern about making them publically.
It was also a serious question to find out if anyone making internet statements has been sued yet.

I take great offence to your lawyer acquisation ;) (kidding).
