Dear rich4eagle: No, but nothing to get excited about either. The support structure is there, if they use it, fine, if they dont thats their business. Have you heard the saying, "You can bring a horse to water, but you cant make them drink"? Personally, I think most of our social services are pretty much wasted. The ONLY thing that matters and will change things PERMANENTLY is EDUCATION. However, that takes YEARS to see the results so most Pols. want instantaneous results. So, bandaides are what is used. JDN
