If I were an oil bull, this would concern me and imply that the top probably isn't that far off in time...

08:46 ET IntercontinentalExchange announces plans to introduce WTI Light Sweet Crude Oil Futures contract (ICE) 40.32 :Co announces that ICE Futures will launch an electronically traded WTI crude futures contract beginning in Feb. The ICE West Texas Intermediate Crude futures contract will begin trading on Feb 3, pending regulatory approval. The co will convert the liquid over-the-counter WTI Crude Oil Bullet swap contract currently trading in the co's electronic OTC markets to the ICE WTI Crude futures contract. Upon launch, open interest in the bullet swap will be transferred to an equivalent open interest position in futures.

OK, maybe it doesn't mean that, but....
