AG has successfully manipulated the markets for years. I believe his "jawboning", as they call it, about inflation and rates has worn thin of late. He lost a bit more respect on the last rate hike--after declaring a neutral bias.

I too was shocked at his recent statements about how the markets create vast wealth and the Fed should consider this with all other economic data when making rate/money supply decisions. Dangerous talk given his level of power.

I think will only add to the nervousness currently underlying the equitites markets.
