Now that doesn't matter, if true. Now it is before the Supreme Court and their opinion will matter. I would say it doesn't look good for the mandate, but I just don't know how they will rule. To think 3 months to find out is quite a bit of time to sit on a fence. I must say they have people on both sides of the argument on the edge of their chairs, so to speak. The Republican flip-flop on the individual mandate is the biggest flip-flop in modern American political history
