Until they clarify the IPO situation for MarketWatch, you will probably see DBCC wallow in a trading range. It's not selling off very hard despite the general tech gloom. There is support at this level from late March and a couple of times in April. Those still long may wait and see.

Put in a GTC buy order at 5.5 and just leave it. Maybe you will get lucky before news comes out.
