New SEC SC 13 G/A filing show the KPCB sell off is complete
(which we were notified of as impending when James Lally left the BOD a year ago).

There is also one from Parvest/Vincent Worms but I think that mainly is some sort of internal change of dispositive power in the venture partnerships, though according to my numbers there are now 5,000 fewer shares controlled by Worms, et al. But even if my math is correct the amount is too small to smack of insider selling.

I really would like to see some insider buying at these prices (basically its like buying options that don't expire). Without that vote of confidence by those that should know, I, too, am in "wait and see" mode.
