<You seem to have a broad and deep ignorance in the goodness in others.>

The broad and deep goodness of others seems to result in a LOT of dead people. Last century there must have been 100 million or so killed by intent. This century we have passed 100 and are into the 1000s. Some say it's the 10s of thousands.

In NZ there are about 100 murders a year. Japan doesn't have many [but they got their quota in WWII which lasted them for a while]. The USA has lots each year, plus official killing too.

I think if there is broad and deep goodness to match my ignorance, [as you see it], then the bodies would barely make a heap. Let alone exceed the Egyptian pyramid size.
