This scumbag should have gotten at least 35 years. Better yet.......life. that's a bit of a tough call imo, m.... the guy did cooperate early on and we got a lot of intelligence from him....unfortunately he quit cooperating the thing is if we give him the max, any other terrorists in custody, now or in the future, will have little reason to cooperate...if they see that they will not be 'rewarded' i would love to see him put away for life, but i'm inclined to give him at least some 'credit' for his early cooperation...i think i would split the difference, don't give him the max, but don't give him what his lawyers want either
