RIck, thanks for trying to fill in some of the blanks. Actually, some of the info you mention is not really correct. (I'm trying to be nice here).

CLFY and SCOP revenue has been flat for 3 or 4 quarters; in fact, SCOP is now down a bit from a year ago or so, quarter to quarter. If you look at "Profiles" here in SI, you can get a straightforward quarterly chart for each company.

VNTV is up about 84% year to year; SEBL is something over 100%. So, what the market share numbers were like at the end of 1996 compared to today should be really different.

Next, the per seat cost of the lower end help desk products like RMDY are quite different from the high end guys like VNTV, SCOP, etc. - maybe 100% different.

and, just so you know, VNTV now claims over 500 customers.

So, it's hard to figure this all out without knowing more about that report. But again, thanks for trying.
