Hi David, Do you, or anyone else, know anything about the rules and policing policies of the German exchange? Are they free to "talk up" a stock with little or no supervision? Seems like a large pile of hype! This whole 2yk sector is confusing to a farm boy like me. On the one hand, it seems obvious that many users are going to need a great deal of service to deal with 2yk and other related issues. On the other hand, it seems impossible to predict whose stock it will benefit, and how much it will bebefit. I'd like to hear from anyone who has some light on this one.
