Well, that's an obviously stupid response... Like every other industry, the graphite industry doesn't define its customers requirements. If you already understand your customers business as well as they do... it will not be rocket science to understand their requirements. If you don't know what you're talking about in addressing their concerns... then, yes, you will require someone to tell you...
