Sal, what science is it you are using when you state something so unsupportable, and impossible to verify like- Netscape users "did not pay" and more-"corporations are paying $1 per seat..etc." Does wake forest student qualify you to comment in this way, on this subject?Netscape is selling French, Spanish, international markets.The product can be sold over the web and charged for across any boundary.Why would they give the Navigator French version Mac format away at no charge?
The Netscape Beta's do expire after 90, it may even be 60 days. The reminder pops up about 3 weeks before expiration date.Of course you wouldn't know this, since you say Netscape gives something away without experiencing the netscape beta process yourself.
