Can't get excited about a three year $10.9M contact, remember DDIM has historically lost money on its consulting work. It's worth repeating, DDIM has only reported profits by pretending to be a software company deferring (not recognizing) Development Expenses ($2M last nine months). DDIM is still a small money losing consulting firm. PR announcements don't change the facts.

What is DDIM going to be working on in the year 2000?
LA Water & Power is huge bureaucracy, anyone from LA what to comment on their competence?
