Kenneth uses the term "facts" in an entirely different manner than say, law enforcement or the courts. He is following and posting on this matter like a layman or better yet some little old lady who calls Nancy Grace....but no...even they don't play so fast and loose with the term "facts:. Kenneth is in way over his head and now grasping at staws. He is what people call a loose cannon. The term was intitially used by the old navy when a cannon on ship was loose and the ship rolling it was very dangerous because of it's weight and because other stations on deck had little wiggle room as they continued to fight. The fact that the cannon might be loaded added an extra cautionary note of possible disaster.
