The ship left on March 5th. Around that time China was beginning to open up again after a devastating virus shut down huge swaths of their economy and country and killed thousands. I like how we need to find an agency to blame when this virus was a news story long before then. We missed it. I missed it. In early Feb. Congress was informed it was coming and members of Congress began selling stock. At the same time the US stock market began to crater. So around one month before the ship left, Congress and the president knew what was coming and both did nothing and the stock market was crashing and still no one did anything. Then a month later this story happened. We need better leaders. Pelosi had to know. Why didn't she do something? Other leaders from both parties had to know. Why didn't they do something?The nut in the White House knew in January and he didn't do anything either. One of the republicans on the committee who heard what was coming told his donors we'd need military hospital ships in major cities. It was that specific and that was in Feb. So let's not blame one agency okay? The entire government failed us and that's why it needs to be replaced.
