<< this virtual monopoly provides a valuable asset as broadband wireless gains momentum and is what sets NXLK apart from competitors like Teligent and Winstar >>

With all due respect, you need to do more DD on WCII, TGNT, ARTT, and NXLK. NXLK has more total spectrum and channel-pops, but that doesn't equal a monopoly, real or virtual, and it's not clear if or how having more spectrum will translate into competitive advantage.

All four companies have national footprints and own substantial spectrum in most of the top 50 domestic markets. AT&T also has significant assets via its BizTel subsidiary. It's not like there's one monolithic LMDS license per top-30 market and NXLK owns 95% of 'em, which is the picture you're painting.

Have a good weekend!
