jimmyo- Orbital has no long term relationship with Teledesic as far as I know. Your assumptions are probably correct in that Boeing being a partner in the project would do majority of the work. As for why did they use Pegaus XL to launch the experimental satellite for them, I guess it could be cost considerations.Since they are planning two experimental satellites Orbi could very well get one more launch out of Teledesic and as for any further business your guess is as good as mine.
