Craig: The next seven years between now and the Beijing Olympics will be a time of unprecedented opportunity for investors. National pride, which is what is holding China together as a country, will drive them to do things they would never otherwise do to present a face to the world of a country on an increasingly equal footing with the United States. This has implications for business and politics that are hard to exaggerate. Combine that with China's entry into the WTO next year, and you have a period of seven years where the interdependence between the US and China is likely to grow at a startling pace. Time to learn Mandarin.
