You have plenty of company in that regard. That why KBH is 35% off it's high from last May. The stock price in my opinion has sufficiently discounted future rate increases. Commodity prices are in some cases starting to roll over, none more evident than lumber prices which are down 23% in March alone not to mention 41% from their all time high. My KBH purchase today is for investment purposes and not a trade.
