I think the stock may drop short term, my sense is those who are not as
well versed on IPMCF were expecting 'EARTHSHATTERING NEWS'. I have assured all of
the holders in my neck of the woods (LANSING, MICH.) All is well.
I must admit I as well was hoping for the big one <G> If we take the results of
Dr. Shaws analysis at face vlaue (confirming results) the numbers are mind blowing.
We have a couple of more hurdles to clear, Listing on NASDAQ (THIS WILL ADD HUGE CREDIBILITY)
& the sighning off of Behre Delbear. Two questions I would like to ask the audience.

1. Where do we stand on the patent pending on the "BLACK BOX"

2. If they were to delist on the Canadian exchanges do they just transfer to NASDAQ or do they have
to be sold and repurchased. (Sorry for my ignorance on these issues)
