Good point. The story said a lot of city dentists didn't recognize it. I need to ask a lady in my bridge club whose daughter is a dentist in a somewhat rural area.

I would think dentists in rural areas might not recognize meth mouth either. The people who are susceptible to the problem are not likely to brush and floss regularly, much less see their dentists twice a year.
