Thnaks for the info from the Wall Street Journal regarding DHI as a possible buyer for Del Webb. That explains why I didn't see it. WSJ uses to many big words that I don't understand so I don't read it. <g> Here is the portion of a news release from Standard and Poors regarding DHI.
